Ymelda Y. Y'Herrera

President/CEO

Ymelda brings more than two decades of experience supporting Texas charter schools with financial operations, grant compliance, and strategic planning. Her expertise includes financial and compliance reporting, year-end audit readiness, budget and projection development, and internal controls, each tailored to meet the complex requirements of the Texas Education Agency.

She is known for her precision, strong systems thinking, and deep commitment to school success. Ymelda works closely with leaders to stabilize operations and build long-term capacity. She founded YYY Advisors to give small schools and nonprofits access to high-level support while staying mission-aligned and responsive.
